Ordering & Pricing


The website support all the information and facilities to send orders directly through the products pages. If you interested in others lengths, terminations or cables that does not exists in the products pages- please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Orders are processed by PayPal™ while payment can be made by using various credit or debit cards supported by PayPal, or from PayPal balance in case you already have a PayPal account.


The website currently supports payments in Pounds Sterling. For payment in US dollars or Euros please contact in order to receive invoice in USD or EUR

(Prices in USD and Euros are not carrying any currency exchange fees).  Please note that PayPal have a currency exchange mechanism so orders can be paid also by other currencies.



Return Policy


We offer a home trial service which enables you to evaluate products comfortably in your system, therefore ensuring you purchase the right cable.

If you are not fully satisfy, then simply return the product within 30 days, in It’s original condition, for a full refund.

The 30 days period starts from products arrival to the customer. If for any reason you need more time to evaluate the product for your full satisfaction, this shouldn't be a problem, please contact us.


Returned products should be accepted at their original packing and in a good cosmetic and working condition.

We recommend that you return items over £100 in value by Registered Mail Delivery as we cannot be responsible for lost items. please obtain proof of posting.

Delivery charges are not refundable nor postage cost of the returned goods.



Warranty


The interconnects are made using the finest available materials, they are very durable and require no maintenance except unpluging and pluging from time to time (about a year).


All interconnects comes with two years full warranty for normal use and will last many years without any deterioration of  the Teflon cable.



Installation and use



Cable “Burn in”


In order to perform at their best, the PTFE cables need time to settle until they are ‘burnt in’. The process may take between 150 to 400 hours of playing music through your system; (burn-in time depending cable model) Leaving a CD player constantly on ‘Repeat’ mode is not recommended due to an excessive wear to the player, so please spear your CD player and if you feel you'll  need more time in order to evaluate the interconnect for your full satisfaction, this shouldn't be a problem- please contact us.


Installation



The interconnects are made using the finest available materials, they are very durable but please note that any interconnect have its limitations regarding bending it. A Sharp bending may cause damage to the screening and also deteriorate the copper conductors to some degree by making a microscopic tears on the conductor surface. Although, the aerospace grade copper alloy used in the AR Sound interconnects will maintain its metal structure after many normal bending without any wear and baring severe abuse, the interconnects will not suffer any wear or depletion in sound quality over many years of usage- Unlike common used copper wires which tend to deteriorate to some degree after each bending.


When installed, the cable should be laying comfortably, the length of the cable should be appropriate- not too tight and tense and not too long either. Please avoid any stress on the plug in order to obtain best results.

The interconnects are intended for use under domestic conditions and should not be exposed to liquids of any kind or to an excessive humid conditions.  


Please follow the installation instruction for the RCA plugs (only for the locking WBT type).



Shipping


Orders are usually shipped within five working days. Custom made interconnects may take up to two weeks to handle.  We ship once or twice a week, usually on Monday and/or Thursday.

A flat rate shipping and handling is calculated based on the total amount of the purchase as follows:

 Orders under £540: ECO Post Shipping : £20

 Orders Over £540: ECO Post Shipping : £30


All orders above value of £100 GBP are handled and shipped by one of Israel Post's express services, ECO Post or EMS, according to the destination. (ECO POST service is an international expedited shipping option offered by the Israeli Postal Company).


ECO POST and EMS expected delivery time is 3-7 business days to main destinations with full Internet tracking- Shortly after your order was shipped you should have received an automated message with your tracking number. To track your order, use either Israel Post Track & Trace link, or kindly use the tracking tool provided by your country's national postal service.


Shipping of small orders below value of £100 may be shipped via registered mail service and usually takes 5-14 days, depending on destination.
